Before signing up for online cna classes, prospective nursing students should factor in the the necessary time commitments to complete the nursing program.cna certification can be quickly finished and is one of the fastest program available in the health care field. Many students are eligible for work within a few months. The nursing state board requires cna classes to train students 75 to 125 hours before the exam. The training hours includes class lectures that can be learned over the internet and also clinical and lab hours which must be completed in person.

Most institution held training programs for around 6 months. But the duration of your course differ from state to state. But once you have completed your classes, either online or offline, make sure that you sit for examination procedures. Yes, you can complete your CNA classes online but certification test cannot be completed through on line

Generally, a nursing program takes 4 years but that depends as well, for instance, if you are already a registered nurse who has a diploma or some associate qualification then it should take two to three years.
