The following list highlights notable pain management CME courses.

The American Academy of Pain Medicine offers a variety of course offerings for pain management continuing education. Sessions can be downloaded individually or by bundle, covering everything from the AAPM Annual Meeting Concurrent Sessions to stand-alone lessons in topics like “Comprehensive Cancer Pain Care,” or “Cervical Spine Interventions.” These pain CME courses range from 1 credit to 28.5 credits.

The University of Pennsylvania’s Perelman School of Medicine has a pain management continuing education curriculum called, “Insights into Pain Management.” This pain management CME is divided into seven modules covering topics from acute pain to the abuse of opioid analgesics. Each module is 1 credit.
