Hmm, so what do you guys do when you can't sleep?

I just cleaned my entire house while listening to T-Swizzle. Washed the dishes, did the laundry, swept the floor, vacuumed the carpet...damn i need to get KO'd

I think different techniques work for different people. For me, it helps to turn off the computer and TV screen an hour before I plan on going to sleep. I've been taking Benadryl which was recommended by my primary care doctor for a few years and works for me.

If you really want to have sound sleep , try to read the books which are boring according to you. Try to put all your concentration on words written in it .This will give stress to you and you would rather like to ease your mind by taking rest and finally fall asleep.
