What matters:

27 (October MCAT) 9 PS 8 V, 10B (27)
Bachelors in Science and Minor in English

3.68 Science GPA

Realistically here a 3.71 and 27 well I think with the rest of the app has a chance as Mid tier and low tier ( more low) MD schools , honestly the 27 MCAT is too low. But you have a chance and I would apply

But you really need to apply to DO schools as well, You are in the area for DO and much better chance for acceptance.

From AMCAS:AMCAS GPAs are almost always different from those calculated by the schools you have attended. Therefore, AMCAS does not in any way attempt to compare our calculations with those appearing on your official transcripts.

I agree with Carib, especially with an initial 23 then a 27 MCAT it will be hard for middle tier schools. You never know what could happen so go ahead go for it it's your money. But definitely go low tier, DO schools as back-up.
