letters from a DO

I was looking through the requirements for admissons, and most require a letter from a DO. That seems impossible. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can go about getting one.

the only way is if you have worked with a DO at some point. Besides, it also depend on finding a DO around your area. You should check hospitals, private practices etc in your area.

PS: maybe you should call the schools, some let you pass with a MD LOR, but look more favorably at LOR from a DO.

Actually I am getting a letter form my children's pediatrician. He is a DO and he has know my for quite some time. If you have not worked with or shadowed a DO, maybe you could try a DO that you have been a patint of.

the same way you go about getting an MD LOR. just gotta find a D.O.
