Chief of neurosurgery at a certain U.S. university in the American south, which will remain unnamed:
He makes applicants cut geometric figures and shapes like circles, clouds, squares, snowflakes, from a piece of paper using scissors.
At the interview. So that he can watch them using their hands, observe whether they cut exactly on the lines on the paper, etc.
