i often release my stress by saying something out loud or speed up my car, maybe a cup of coffee

That is good also richroberts972, I sometimes scream at my pillow when I also feel frustrated.

i am a nurse (25)years acute care. i found that exercise helps (if you are not too exhausted to go) along with getting enough rest. Also i find venting with other nurses, and trying to see humor in situations is the most helpful for me.

Laugh (It’s the best medicine)
Dance (No one is judging, so just let go!)
Sing (You don’t even have to be good! I sound particularly good in the shower or in my car with the radio up and the windows down.)
Meditate…or just take some deep breaths
Easy steps yet have big effects.Good luck!
