In 2016 are Foreign medical schools now a really bad idea? With the Match rates very low for FMGs and will continue to decline, should those hoping to go to medical school either continue to try in the USA or forget medicine?

What do you think now?

Not really, it depends what you are really opting for. USA is the prime choice, if you have specific schools in mind go for it. Medicine and will always be the future

All foreign medical schools are not bad, because some foreign medical schools provides quality education, well infra-structured,highly experienced faculty and with practical knowledge. You will choose good medical school in foreign countries. Some schools have no need to require MCAT exam.
Any way it depends on your selection which Medical School you want to join. :)
