Two options here:

Apply to Caribbean schools, no US school will consider you (IMHO Its just too low)

Restudy for the MCAT from scratch. Take a Course if you did not. Do the MCAT practice and do npot retake unless you have a 30 or better. 3rd time is the last.
From AMCAS:AMCAS GPAs are almost always different from those calculated by the schools you have attended. Therefore, AMCAS does not in any way attempt to compare our calculations with those appearing on your official transcripts.

MY score is similar to the OP, except my first score was 19 M and second 21 Q. What are my scopes with 'top four' Caribbean schools? What about DO schools? Do they accept student with such substantially low scores? :( Please be upfront so I can decide whether applying anywhere would be worth the time and money. Thanks!

Edit: My GPA is 3.54 and I have a Bachelors of Science in Biomedical Engineering.

With the GPA that high, if you want to go to medical school in fall 2010 then Caribbean schools like Ross and AUC maybe SGU witht he 21, (21 is low 24 is what they like but the Caribbean schools will consider the GPA since it is on the high side) I really honestly do not see DO schools accepting a low MCAT like that.

You still could retake but now you would be applying for 2011 in the US.

Up to you.

I have been told that third MCAT scores are usually ignored since by then Med schools know you are not good enough. :| Do you think it's prudent to send both scores? I have improved in all my scores except Biology in which i went down 2 points, so superscore would be more like 23. So, should i send both scores to Med/DO/Caribbean schools, so they could determine how much i have improved and also of my true potential (superscore)?
I can definitely not wait till 2011 to be enrolled, but i'm having hard time deciding whether i want to go to Caribbean Med school or try DO schools in US (granted no chance of Med school in US). Various people (even from those professions) have told me there is no significant difference between those two careers except the MD and DO tag. So for me, it's the matter of living in another country, flying back and forth to home in holidays and other inconveniences. Any suggestions?

So you do not want to wait then your only chance is Caribbean schools

AUC and Ross best bets then

St. James, MUA and St.Matts

these schools are your chances now.

Good Luck

This is simply not true. After the third it may be ignored but also if you have 3 MCATs like this

22,24,28 it does not look too well

29,28,27 you are now a 27 they do not take the highest and there is almost no difference between the 29 and 27 statistically and in the error of the score ( +/- )
