I am from India. I have completed my M.B.B.S 4 years back and have just finished my post graduation in psychiatry from India . My step 1 and step 2 scores are 90 and 91 respectively with step 2 CS passed in 2nd attempt. what are my chances for psychiatry residency in U.S.?

Should be fine.
From AMCAS:AMCAS GPAs are almost always different from those calculated by the schools you have attended. Therefore, AMCAS does not in any way attempt to compare our calculations with those appearing on your official transcripts.
