What are my chances of getting into DO schools with 3.6 GPA and 21 MCAT highest? Which DO schools are less competitive?

None In my opinion even the Caribbean schools are iffy with a 21 MCAT they like 22 or better.

Is this the first MCAT?
DID you do practice tests and get 30 or better?

These are important

If you must go to medical school and do not want to retake the MCAT then your best hope is the Big Caribbean three, I know of no DO school you stand a reasonable chance at, the average MCAT score is around 29 these days. :(

I was wondering what my chances are of getting into a med school such as Duluth, Wisconsin College of Medicine, or MUSC

-i am currently a junior i have a 3.56 and will be graduating with a major in biochemistry, minor in chemistry, and a minor in biology
-i have taken a cna course and have done my clinicals at a nursing home
-volunteered for big brother big sister all of freshman year
-volunteered at a hopsital between summer of freshman and senior year
-did shadowing between summer of sophmore and junior year
-tutor high schoolers on campus
-will be working at a hospital between summer of junior and senior year

i still need to take the mcat but i was wondering what my current chances are, or what i could do to help improve my chances...

If you can get that MCAT to 30 or better then I think pretty good.
